Mareike studied Corporate Governance and Management at the Paris Lodron University in Salzburg (Austria) and worked meanwhile as a project manager at the start-up PAE Design Talent, a Beijing based recruiting company specialized in China´s design industry.

She graduated with a LLM.oec after writing her Master thesis about „The violation of existing IPR law in and through China and the impact on founding companies“.

Gaining her first HR insights at PAE DT and recruiting and coaching staff and candidates in a Chinese Au-Pair company in Beijing, she deepened her recruiting experiences as the Assistant of the CEO at i-potentials, a Berlin based recruiting agency focussed on internet start-ups.

With an international background, professional project experiences in several start-ups in China and always acquainting herself quickly and thoroughly with new subject areas, Mareike is an allrounder in Business Law, project and process management, organisation as well as administration, research and marketing.
